Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on all products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of their contents remaining to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place your Glow Recipe products in their original boxes, seal the shipping carton, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or drop box.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
